Are your clothes true to size?
Yes, our clothing ranges from size XS to XXL. The UK equivalent is:
XS – UK 8
S – UK 10
M – UK 12
L – UK 14
XL – UK 16
XXL – UK 18 (and some looser styles will fit a size 20)
What lengths do your leggings and pants come in?
Each product page details the inside leg measurements for each style in the product description. If you are unsure, then please do email us at email@example.com and we will be happy to offer guidance.
Do your vests have support?
Our Conquer Cami and Radiance Racer are both made with Bambor® so gently hold you in, plus they both have built-in bras for extra support on and off your mat. Our Balance Bra Top and Stamina Bra both offer medium support.
Do you sell plus size clothes?
At Asquith we’re proud to offer our collections up to a size XXL (UK 18 equivalent). We believe that everyone should feel wonderful and comfortable in what they wear. Please visit our Plus Size page, where you can find further information.
Are your clothes suitable for maternity?
Absolutely, they’re perfect for maternity because they stretch but also maintain their shape. Please visit our maternity page where you’ll find styles that we feel are perfect to wear during pregnancy.

What fabric are your clothes made of?
The Asquith collection is mainly made of either Bambor® or Bamboo Viscose. Please visit our Eco Fabrics page to find out more.

How should I wash my items?

Can I buy a gift voucher?
Gift vouchers can be purchased from the website. We offer vouchers for £20, £40, £60 & £100. Once purchased, the gift voucher will be emailed to the address given at the time of ordering. Our gift vouchers are valid for one year. Purchase Gift Vouchers here.
How often do you have new stock?
Asquith launches two main collections a year. Our Spring/Summer collection launches early February and the season runs until August. The Autumn/Winter collection launches in September and runs to the following January.
We also launch new styles mid-season, and stock our bestselling styles in black year round.
Payment & Delivery
How do I use a discount or gift voucher code?
Discount vouchers are valid on Asquith items only and can be redeemed at both the basket and the checkout. The promotional code needs to be entered into the DISCOUNT CODE box when prompted. Discount codes are not valid on sale items or in conjunction with any other offer.
Gift vouchers can be redeemed at both the basket and the checkout. The voucher code needs to be entered into the GIFT VOUCHER box when prompted. Only one gift voucher code can be used at any one time.
Why won’t my discount code work?
The most likely reason that a discount code may not work are:
- The code is being entered into the GIFT VOUCHER box by mistake. You must ensure the code is entered into the DISCOUNT CODE box when prompted.
- The code is only valid on Asquith clothing and not when trying to purchase non Asquith items, for example Boodywear Underwear, Gift Vouchers or Guppy Wash Bags.
- Only one promotional code can be used at any one time.
- The promotional code isn’t valid on the items in your basket. This may occur if the code is for specific Asquith items only OR all of the items in your basket are already discounted.

Do I get a discount if I am a yoga or Pilates teacher?
Yes. Please email the office email@example.com and we will be happy to email the code to you. The code is only valid for your use only as a teacher. However, we do ask that in return you sign up to our mailing list and promote Asquith to your students, friends and family whenever the opportunity arises.

Delivery has been made hassle-free with our Click and Collect service from HubBox. You can now select from thousands of local shops and collect your goods at your convenience.

Who will deliver my order?
We send orders via Royal Mail’s 48 HOUR TRACKED service, which is a more secure method and requires a signature on delivery. If you are not in to receive the parcel, the postman will leave a card and you can collect the parcel from your local post office.
Should your order be too heavy for Royal Mail, then we will send via DPD courier services on a tracked service which will need to be signed for.
How do I track my order?
Tracking can be completed by visiting the Royal Mail website (www.royalmail.com) and entering your tracking number when prompted. The tracking number will be in your confirmation email you receive, once the order has left the warehouse.
What is your returns policy?
We really hope that you love your clothes, but if for some reason if you’re not 100% happy with your order, we are very happy to offer you a full refund or an exchange on full price or sale items.
Please ensure you return the products within 30 days from time of receiving your order. N.B. whilst we are in lockdown in the UK, we have extended our returns policy to 60 days to avoid an unnecessary trips outside of your home.
All items must be returned neatly folded in their original packaging, with swing tags attached, unworn and in perfect condition. Unfortunately items that are marked in any way, or covered in cat hairs (it happens!) are considered unsellable, will not be refunded and you will be contacted by our customer service team to see if you would like the item returned to you. If this is disputed, we ask that you email firstname.lastname@example.org with any comments you may have. This will then be passed to the relevant person for the final decision to be made.
How do I return an item?

Can I exchange an item?

On receipt of the returned item, we will process your exchange within 48 hours. The exchange item will then be sent to you on a 48 hour tracked service (we don’t ask you to pay the postage for the exchange).
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
International orders are sent using Royal Mail’s International Signed For Service and can take up to 7-14 working days to be delivered. This is a more secure method and requires a signature on delivery. If you are not in to receive the parcel, the postman will leave a card and you can collect the parcel from your local post office. Larger parcels are sent by Interlink or UPS for Canada and USA orders, whichever the warehouse feels is the safest, fastest method of delivery for your order.
Please note that Asquith is unable to calculate local customs and sales tax with all international deliveries. You will be notified by your local customs authority once your order has reached your country. They will accurately calculate the total amount of customs and sales tax which is to be paid before you may receive your goods.

Within the EU - £8.95 (Please allow 5 - 7 working day for delivery)

How long will I need to wait for my order?
We aim to dispatch standard delivery orders within 24 hours (unless it’s a weekend); however, during promotional and sale times, orders can take slightly longer to reach you, due to the high volume of orders we receive. Please therefore allow up to 7 working days during these times. We always try to ensure orders are sent as quickly and efficiently as possible.
If you would like your items delivered the next day, your order must be placed by 11am on a weekday for UK next day delivery. Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday.
Orders within the UK are sent on a 48 hour tracked service (unless NEXT DAY is paid for)
Orders outside of the UK are sent International Tracked and can take up to 10 working days to arrive.
