Delivery & Returns

Just to reassure you in terms of health and safety of Asquith product; our warehouse is following strict government guidelines at this time which include:- 

  • All staff work 2m apart
  • Our warehouse wash their hands for 20 seconds every 30 minutes (this is logged)
  • Everyone wears masks and gloves
  • All door handles and surfaces are washed with disinfectant day and night.  

We still aim to dispatch orders within the 24 hours we have always stated and return & refunds will be processed within 3 working days of receipt.

However we do ask that you are mindful of these new guidelines and therefore delays are possible. The safety of you our customers and the Asquith team is of huge importance to us.

Standard Delivery

We aim to dispatch standard delivery orders within 24 hours (unless it’s a weekend); however, during promotional and sale times, orders can take slightly longer to reach you, due to the high volume of orders we receive. Please therefore allow up to 7 working days during these times. We always try to ensure orders are sent as quickly and efficiently as possible.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation on receipt of your order. Please keep this on file for your records.

We send orders via Royal Mail’s 48 HOUR TRACKED service, which is a more secure method and requires a signature on delivery. If you are not in to receive the parcel, the postman will leave a card and you can collect the parcel from your local post office.

International Orders

International orders are sent using Royal Mail’s International Signed For service and can take up to 7-14 working days to be delivered. This is a more secure method and requires a signature on delivery. If you are not in to receive the parcel, the postman will leave a card and you can collect the parcel from your local post office. Larger parcels are sent by Interlink or UPS for Canada and USA orders, whichever the warehouse feels is the safest, fastest method of delivery for your order.

Please note that Asquith is unable to calculate local customs and sales tax with all international deliveries. You will be notified by your local customs authority once your order has reached your country. They will accurately calculate the total amount of customs and sales tax which is to be paid before you may receive your goods.

Availability of Items

Should an item on your order become unavailable, we will contact you to either offer an alternative item / size or advise when the item will next be in stock.

However PLEASE NOTE during sale times, we will refund you for the out of stock item, rather than offer an alternative item / size. This is to avoid delays in sending your order to you at our busiest time. All other items on your order will be sent as normal.

Returning an item

We really hope that you love your clothes, but if for some reason it’s not quite right, we are very happy to offer you a full refund or an exchange on full price or sale items. During these unprecedented times we have extended our returns policy to 60 days.

Please ensure you return the products within these 60 days from time of receiving your order.

All items must be returned in their original packaging, with swing tags attached, unworn and in perfect condition. Unfortunately items that are marked in any way, or considered unsellable, will not be refunded and you will be contacted by our customer service team to see if you would like the item returned to you. If this is disputed, we ask that you email [email protected] with any comments you may have. This will then be passed to the relevant person for the final decision to be made.

RETURNS FROM YOUR 342 OFFER:  The item deducted from your total cost will be the least expensive item selected. If you want to return any items purchased as part of this offer for a full refund then you must also return the free item, or arrange to pay the full RRP of the free item. 

RETURNS FROM YOUR Free Pure Vest Offer: If you want to return the other item(s) purchased as part of this offer for a full refund, then you must also return the Pure Vest, or arrange to pay the full RRP of the Pure Vest - £45.00.

Returns for Customers who live inside the UK

If you decide to return any Asquith item(s) for a refund within the 60-day period, please use the free returns label that will have been included in your delivery.  Delivery charges applied at time of ordering, will not be refunded.

If you request an exchange and paid postage charges on your first order, you will not be required to pay the postage charge again for your exchanged items.

If your goods are different to those ordered, faulty or damaged on delivery, we will exchange the product or issue a full refund to you, (including any delivery charges you may have paid).

Refunds will be paid within 30 days of receipt of the returned order; refunds will be made using the same method as the payment was originally received.

Returns for customers who live outside the UK

If you decide to return any Asquith item(s) for a refund within the 60-day period, you are responsible for the cost of postage and packaging necessary to facilitate the return. We will not refund any delivery charges you paid to send your goods back to us, or the delivery charge you paid when ordering the item from us.

If you request an exchange and paid postage charges on your first order, you will not be required to pay the postage charge again for us to send you your exchanged items.

Items being shipped overseas are taking longer than usual due to flight and parcel capacity during the Covid-19 pandemic. Your parcels will be held at Heathrow and sent on to their destination as soon as flights become available. However, we have no way of estimating the exact time parcels will take. We ask you to bear with us at this challenging time.

Next Day Delivery

If you would like your items delivered the next day, your order must be placed by 11am on a weekday for UK next day delivery. Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday.

Payment

We accept the following credit and debit cards:
Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch, Solo, Visa Debit and Paypal.

This service is secure, however if you would rather pay over the phone, you can call us on 0207 792 9414 to make your order. When using a credit card to pay online or on the phone you will need to be the cardholder and give the registered cardholder’s address and other details required by us to verify the transaction. For security reasons we do not keep your card details on file.

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged or faulty you are of course entitled to a full refund / replacement, including the cost of returning the item back to us. Please email [email protected] and let us how the garment is faulty and we will resolve the situation in the best way possible. Again, please ensure the item is returned within 14 days.

Gift Vouchers

  • Vouchers are available in £20, £40, £60 & £100
  • Vouchers will be emailed to the buyer, using the email address supplied at time of ordering
  • The buyer of the voucher has the option to print the voucher to insert into a card or email the voucher to the recipient
  • The voucher will expire within 1 year of purchase
  • Postage is not charged when purchasing a voucher
  • The value of the voucher must be used in one transaction
  • Only one voucher can be used per order
