Just to reassure you in terms of health and safety of Asquith product; our warehouse is following strict government guidelines at this time which include:- 

  • All staff work 1m apart

  • Everyone wears masks and gloves where 1m segregation is not possible

  • No unauthorised personnel are permitted on site

  • All door handles and surfaces are washed with disinfectant day and night (documented)

We still aim to dispatch orders within the 24 hours we have always stated and return & refunds will be processed within 3 working days of receipt.

However we do ask that you are mindful of these new guidelines and therefore delays are possible. The safety of you our customers and the Asquith team is of huge importance to us.

Christmas 2021 Delivery

Whilst we will do all we can to ensure your order arrives in time, we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas, so please do order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Standard Delivery*

We aim to dispatch standard delivery orders within 24 hours (unless it’s a weekend); however, during promotional and sale times, orders can take slightly longer to reach you, due to the high volume of orders we receive. Please therefore allow up to 7 working days during these times. We always try to ensure orders are sent as quickly and efficiently as possible.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation on receipt of your order. Please keep this on file for your records.

We send orders via Royal Mail’s 48 HOUR TRACKED service, which is a more secure method and requires a signature on delivery. If you are not in to receive the parcel, the postman will leave a card and you can collect the parcel from your local post office.

In order to give you a smoother and easier international ordering experience we’ve partnered with Global-e. Global-e are an international payment and fulfilment partner, which simplify international orders for companies. This means that we can provide our customers worldwide with a seamless localised shopping experience. 

What does this mean? It means that the price stated at checkout includes shipping, import duty and taxes. So, you can shop knowing that the price you pay at check-out is final, with no hidden extras, or surprises. You won’t have to pay any additional costs in terms of duty or taxes when the product arrives in your local country.

Availability of Items

Should an item on your order become unavailable, we will contact you to either offer an alternative item / size or advise when the item will next be in stock.

However PLEASE NOTE during sale times, we will refund you for the out of stock item, rather than offer an alternative item / size. This is to avoid delays in sending your order to you at our busiest time. All other items on your order will be sent as normal.

Returning an item (extended to 10th January 2022 for Christmas Gifts)

Returns to be within 28 days of delivery of order.

We really hope that you love your clothes, but if for some reason it’s not quite right, we are very happy to offer you a full refund or an exchange on full price or sale items. 

Please ensure you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office when sending your parcel back to us as we cannot complete your requested refund/exchange or be held responsible for any orders that do not arrive into our warehouse.

All items must be returned in their original packaging, with swing tags attached, unworn and in perfect condition. Unfortunately items that are marked in any way, or considered unsellable, will not be refunded and you will be contacted by our customer service team to see if you would like the item returned to you. If this is disputed, we ask that you email [email protected] with any comments you may have. This will then be passed to the relevant person for the final decision to be made.

Please complete the returns form sent out with your order. Please list the contents of the package, your name, the reason for returning the product, and whether you would like an exchange or refund. Please return to the following address:

Returns for Customers who live inside the UK

If you decide to return any Asquith item(s) for a refund within the 28-day period, please use the free returns label that will have been included in your delivery.  Delivery charges applied at time of ordering, will not be refunded.

If you request an exchange and paid postage charges on your first order, you will not be required to pay the postage charge again for your exchanged items.

If your goods are different to those ordered, faulty or damaged on delivery, we will exchange the product or issue a full refund to you, (including any delivery charges you may have paid).

Refunds will be paid within 10 days of receipt of the returned order; refunds will be made using the same method as the payment was originally received.

ROYAL MAIL PARCEL COLLECT - UK Customers ONLY:

You can now arrange to have your return collected from your home or work. With Royal Mail Parcel Collect you won’t have to go out in all weathers, because your postman can collect your items from you for just 60p (customers responsible for this charge). And if you can’t print out a label, don’t worry, Royal Mail will bring one with them.
 
- Apply the Asquith pre-paid returns label to your parcel (enclosed with your Asquith order).

- Pay the small additional charge for the collection.
- Choose the option to either request the label is provided on collection or print one yourself.

On receipt of your return, we will process your refund or exchange request. Please don't forget to enclose your completed returns form with your parcel.


Returns for customers who live outside the UK

If you decide to return any Asquith item(s) for a refund within the 28-day period, you are responsible for the cost of postage and packaging necessary to facilitate the return. We will not refund any delivery charges you paid to send your goods back to us, or the delivery charge you paid when ordering the item from us.

UK Delivery - £3.95 - Free UK delivery over £75. Free UK returns on all orders. Returns within 28days.
UK Next Day Delivery - £6.95
Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands & Jersey - £7.95
Within Europe - (plus custom & duty payable to the carrier) - £8.95 (Please allow 5 - 7 working days for delivery)
Rest of the World - (plus custom & duty payable to the carrier) - £11.95 (Please allow 7 - 10 working days for delivery)

Items being shipped overseas are taking longer than usual due to flight and parcel capacity during the Covid-19 pandemic. Your parcels will be held at Heathrow and sent on to their destination as soon as flights become available. However, we have no way of estimating the exact time parcels will take. We ask you to bear with us at this challenging time.

Next Day Delivery

If you would like your items delivered the next day, your order must be placed by 11am on a weekday for UK next day delivery. Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday.

Payment

We accept the following credit and debit cards:
Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch, Solo, Visa Debit and Paypal.

This service is secure, however if you would rather pay over the phone, you can call us on 0207 792 9414 to make your order. When using a credit card to pay online or on the phone you will need to be the cardholder and give the registered cardholder’s address and other details required by us to verify the transaction. For security reasons we do not keep your card details on file.

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged or faulty you are of course entitled to a full refund / replacement, including the cost of returning the item back to us. Please email [email protected] and let us how the garment is faulty and we will resolve the situation in the best way possible. Again, please ensure the item is returned within 14 days.

Gift Vouchers

    • Gift Vouchers are available in £20, £40, £60 & £100
    • When you purchase a Gift Voucher it will be emailed to you or to the recipient using the email address supplied
    • You also have the option to print the Gift Voucher and insert it into a card or simply email the voucher to the recipient
    • The Gift Voucher will expire within 1 year of purchase
    • Postage is not charged when purchasing a Gift Voucher
    • The value of the Gift Voucher must be used in one transaction
    • Only one Gift Voucher can be utilised per order
    • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash
    • Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded
