One of the many reasons we love yoga and Pilates is that they are inclusive practices that everyone can enjoy – no matter their size or shape. As a brand we aim to emulate that philosophy as much as we can.

We are often asked about our sizes and whether we have any plus size yoga clothes or Pilates and workout clothes for larger ladies. Most of our tops, pants and leggings collections are made in sizes XS, S, M, L, XL and XXL. A UK size 8 is XS and XXL is a UK size 18, but often our looser styles will fit a UK size 20 too. Plus-size women often ask us what they should wear from our collections – and the answer is, of course, anything you like! Over time though we have spotted some best-selling items in our larger sizes and received feedback from customers about the styles they think are best that we thought we would share.
