If something isn't quite right, we're here to make the returns process as simple as possible.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be:

• ✅ Unworn and in their original condition
• ✅ Free from marks, stains or damage
• ✅ Returned with all original tags attached

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

• ❌ Items that have been worn, washed or used
• ❌ Items that are returned damaged
• ❌ Items returned without their original tags

 

How to Return Your Order

The quickest and easiest way to return your item is by using our returns portal:

Once your return arrives at our UK warehouse, we'll inspect your item(s) and process your refund as quickly as possible. Refunds are typically issued within a few days of receiving your return, but please allow 5–7 working days for the funds to appear in your account.

 

Returns Policy

Returns must be sent back within 30 days of receiving your order to qualify for a refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns received after this period.

Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you choose to use our Returns Portal, the applicable return shipping fee will simply be deducted from your refund.

• UK: £5.99
• Europe: £15
• USA & Canada: £15
• Rest of World: £20

 

You're also welcome to return your order using your own tracked delivery service. If you choose this option, we recommend keeping your proof of postage.
