From the get-go our founder Alice has always wanted to make women feel wonderful in their clothes. Alice comes from a long line of women who were passionate about clothes; making them, wearing them and most importantly making memories in them. Alice's Mother and Grandmother made clothes for her and she still wears many of these pieces today. Growing up in a world of Indian silks, Harris tweeds, Liberty prints and the sound of whirring sewing machines, Alice wanted to pass on this love of beautifully made clothes in amazing to her customers so that they feel good both inside and out.

It was important for Alice to use the super-soft, natural materials, GOTS certified organic cotton, bamboo and our trademarked fabric Bambor® for both their eco-friendly credentials and their many benefits for the wearer. All of our fabrics are buttery soft against the skin, naturally anti-bacterial, sweat-wicking, long lasting, hard wearing and breathable but most importantly they feel good and feeling good is what it's all about!
Made in our lovely, family-run factory in Turkey our ethically made clothes feature clever details such as wide waistbands and flattering seams. Each item has been carefully designed so you don't have to think about anything other than feeling good. Nothing stretches, pills or fades, leggings stay up and tops stay down (whatever yoga position you might be in). Wear them for yoga and Pilates, for the school run or when you are working from home and you'll feel fresh, comfortable and well, wonderful all day long.
