Can you recommend a non-fiction book for those heading off for some winter sun?

Feel the Fear & Do It Anyway by Susan Jeffers. It’s both powerful and thought provoking. As well as encouraging you to grow and let go of your fears it’s a tool to help you live your life to the full in terms of decision making, honest relationships and taking responsibility for your own emotions.

What non-fiction book is next on your reading list?

A Life Less Throwaway by Tara Burton. An amazing woman that I’ve met that champions sustainable living; a subject very close to my heart and the heart of Asquith.

Favourite non-fiction book of all time?

The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success by Deepak Chopra. I first read it about 20 years ago and re-read it every few years or whenever the mood takes me. It’s beautiful written, short, succinct and very powerful.

I really enjoyed reading Adam Kay's "This Is Going To Hurt", a look at the life of a junior NHS doctor. An equally uplifting and sad story that makes you appreciate the wonderful work doctors and nurses do. It's also incredibly funny, which makes it a perfect poolside read if you're lucky enough to be escaping the cold this winter. My mother has been a nurse for over 45 years so a lot of the stories really resonated with me.

What non-fiction book is next on your reading list?

Malcolm Gladwell's "Talking To Strangers" - it has mixed reviews but I have enjoyed his other books. Adam Kay also has just released his next book, "Twas The Nightshift Before Christmas" which I am looking forward to.

Favourite non-fiction book of all time?

As a rule I generally don't read non-fiction books (the last biography I read was Robbie Williams's about 15 years ago when I was mildly obsessed with him!). The exception to this has been Malcom Gladwell. I particularly enjoyed his book "Outliers" that examines factors that contribute to high levels of success.

It may not be a classic holiday read but I am currently Reading Sapiens: A Brief History of Human Kind by Yuval Noah Harari. It’s super interesting and so far has explained a great deal about us complex humans.

Like Katie, I can’t wait to sink my teeth into the next biography from the Author of “This is Going to Hurt” Adam Kay. This latest release 'The Nightshift Before Christmas' is up next.

Favourite non-fiction book of all time?

The biography of Michael J Fox. I had SUCH a teenage crush on him.

I'm fascinated by true crime stories and 'Dope World' by Niko Vorobyov is a real life insight to the drugs industry and their ethics across the world. From El Chapo to Woodstock.

What non-fiction book is next on your reading list?

Next up on my list is 'No one is too small to make a difference' by Greta Thunburg. Just look at what she has already done to help speak up for her generation. How could it not be on my list!

Favourite non-fiction book of all time?

A book that everyone should read is 'Blood Diamonds' by Greg Campbell. It's the true story of where diamonds come from and the price that is paid for every rock. It also explains how you can find ethical diamonds and really opens your eyes to the wedding industry.

Like the others, I loved 'This is Gonna Hurt by Adam Kay' it's a super easy read and and a real laugh out loud book. Great to dip into and I didn’t feel I had to concentrate too much which is good when I have my chatty 4 year old around!

What non-fiction book is next on your reading list?

Next on my holiday reading list like Rosie, is Adam's follow up book, 'Twas the nightshift before Christmas.'

Favourite non-fiction book of all time?

I know it's an absolute classic but I still meet people who haven't read Anne Frank's Diary and I can't quite believe it. If you haven't read it yet. Please do, it's so important.
