PLEASE NOTE THAT DURING OUR WAREHOUSE CLEARANCE WE ARE NOT OFFERING ANY REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY ORDERS
All discounted stock from Thursday 20th July 2023 will not be eligible for a refund.
We aim to dispatch standard delivery orders within 24 hours (unless it’s a weekend); however, during promotional and sale times, orders can take slightly longer to reach you, due to the high volume of orders we receive. Please therefore allow up to 7 working days during these times. We always try to ensure orders are sent as quickly and efficiently as possible.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation on receipt of your order. Please keep this on file for your records.
We send orders via APC TRACKED service, which is a more secure method and requires a signature on delivery. If you are not in to receive the parcel, the postman will leave a card and you can collect the parcel from your local post office.

All global orders are shipped with DHL using Global-E
In order to give you a smoother and easier international ordering experience we’ve partnered with Global-E, an international payment and fulfilment partner, which simplify international orders for companies.
This means that we can provide our customers worldwide with a seamless localised shopping experience.
Please note that your payment method is charged by *Global-e/Asquith* - this is shown at the checkout when you place your order.

If you would like your items delivered the next day, your order must be placed by 11am on a weekday for UK next day delivery. Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday.

This service is secure, however if you would rather pay over email you can do this via emailing email@example.com to place your order. When using a credit card to pay online or on the phone you will need to be the cardholder and give the registered cardholder’s address and other details required by us to verify the transaction. For security reasons we do not keep your card details on file.
