We love nothing more than seeing yoga teachers wearing our clothes which is why we were so excited when teacher Helen Faliveno got in touch to see if we would be interested in dressing her for her latest yoga challenge, ‘7 Days of Yoga’.
Each video is 15 minutes and can be watched from the comfort of your own home. This week make it a priority to take the time out for yourself each day and join us in the challenge. We’ll meet you on the mat!

Welcome to day 7, the last day of our yoga challenge. Today it’s all about giving you some much needed ‘me time’.
