With the festive season in full swing we know how hard it can be to keep up with your wellbeing routine especially when you may be traveling to family and friends both near and far. We caught up with founder of Power Pilates UK, Korin Nolan, who shows us some of her favorite exercises to keep you in shape on the go and from the smallest of spaces.

Remember each exercise should last from 30 seconds to a 1 minute depending on your core strength and the whole routine should be done twice through for full effect.
