Ingredients

  • 80g Blueberries, Fresh or Frozen
  • 2 handfuls Spinach
  • 30g Macadamia Nuts, preferably pre-soaked
  • 200ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Maca powder

Method

Put all of the ingredients into a blender with 100ml of water and blend well, adding more water or almond milk if you need to.  Serve immediately.
