At Asquith, we encourage women to think hard about what you buy. If you’re prepared to spend money on our ethical activewear then we know you expect quality pieces. We also know that you want your purchase to last through countless washes and many seasons, and most importantly function on different levels.

This season we asked our founder Alice Asquith to share her favourite ways to wear one Asquith outfit, 4 different ways to take you from street to studio, the mat to the rest of your day with ease.

Over to Alice…

For Travel

I always turn to the bamboo yoga harem pants, the Long Harem Pants for my travels – they’re THE most comfortable travel pants – they adjust to the temperature on board a plane and don’t go baggy at the knee. The Boogie Tee is the perfect top for travelling because I can throw on a cashmere cardigan over the top and I’m warm, cosy and super comfortable.

For Cocktails

If I’m out at meetings all day and going out in the evening I’ll just keep this outfit on and change from trainers to a pair of heels, throw on a smart jacket or oversized scarf, put on some statement earrings and my faithful gold clutch bag and I’m dressed and ready to go!

For The Weekend

If I want to dress down this outfit for the weekend then I’ll wear it under a blazer or, as I am here, under a denim jacket. It’s also nicely forgiving and doesn’t cling anywhere. I love the stripes paired with a denim jacket and trainers for a relaxed look; tucked in or untucked.

For Yoga and Pilates

Sometimes it’s just not warm enough for a sleeveless Tee. If I’m doing yoga or a Reformer Pilates class I wear the Boogie Tee over our Conquer Cami and Long Harem Pants until I get too warm then I’ll throw it off. It’s good for Pilates because it’s slim fitting so you can still move easily in it without it getting annoyingly in the way.
