This week Angelique shares three easy steps to combat stress that you can do everyday!

Step 1: Deep breathing. Try the 4/7 breathing technique. Breathe in for the count of 4 and out for the count of 7. Try this for at least 2 minutes focusing on deep breaths into your belly.

Step 2: Reduce stress by getting some movement daily. This can be anything from yoga to Pilates, a team sport or simply going for a long walk.

Step 3: Prioritise your sleep to combat stress. Switch all electronics off at least an hour before you go to bed.
