Delivery & Returns

STANDARD DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch standard delivery orders within 24 hours (unless it’s a weekend); however, dispatch can be subject to availability and could take up to 2 working days during busy periods, therefore please allow 2-4 working days for delivery.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation on receipt of your order. Please keep this on file for your records.

We send orders via the Royal Mail on a Recorded Delivery/Signed For service which is a more secure method and requires a signature on delivery. If you are not in to receive the parcel, the postman will leave a card and you can collect the parcel from your local post office.

PLEASE NOTE - there is a section on your order form where you can write delivery instructions for the postman – i.e. if you're out where you'd like the parcel left, which we will then write on your parcel. Please note we are not responsible for items left / delivered by the postman.

UK Next Day Delivery - £6.95
Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands & Jersey - £7.95
Within the EU - £8.95 (Please allow 5 - 7 working day for delivery)
Rest of the World - £11.95 (Please allow 7 - 9 working days for delivery)

Next Day Delivery

If you would like your items delivered the next day your order must be placed by 11am on a weekday for UK next day delivery. Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday.

Payment

We accept the following credit and debit cards:
Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch, Solo, Visa Debit and Paypal.

This service is secure, however if you would rather pay over the phone, you can call us on 0207 792 9414 to make your order. When using a credit card to pay online or on the phone you will need to be the cardholder and give the registered cardholder’s address and other details required by us to verify the transaction. For security reasons we do not keep your card details on file.

International Orders

International orders are sent using the Royal Mail International Signed For service and can take up to 7-14 working days to be delivered. This is a more secure method and requires a signature on delivery. If you are not in to receive the parcel, the postman will leave a card and you can collect the parcel from your local post office. Larger parcels are sent by Interlink or UPS for Canada and USA orders, whichever the warehouse feels is the safest, fastest method of delivery for your order.

Please note that Asquith is unable to calculate local customs and sales tax with all international deliveries. You will be notified by your local customs authority once your order has reached your country. They will accurately calculate the total amount of customs and sales tax which is to be paid before you may receive your goods.

Availability of Items

We try to keep our website up to date at all times showing available stock. Sometimes items sell out very fast, when this occurs we will let you know - to either offer you an alternative or advise when the item will next be in stock. We will aim to deliver the requested goods as soon as possible and update you as to timescale.

Returning an item

We really hope that you love your Asquith activewear, but if for some reason it’s not quite right, we are very happy to offer you a full refund or an exchange on full price or sale items. Please return the products within 28 days in perfect condition, unworn and in the original packaging.

It’s always helpful to know why you’d like to return your item so we can continually improve our offering, so please do let us know your thoughts on your return form. Returns for customers who live outside the UK

If you decide to return any Asquith item(s) that is not faulty or damaged for a refund within a 28-day period, you are responsible for the cost of postage and packaging necessary to facilitate the return. We will not refund any delivery charges you paid to send your goods back to us, or the delivery charge you paid when ordering the item from us.

If you request an exchange and paid postage charges on your first order, you will not be required to pay the postage charge again for your exchanged items.

If your goods are different to those ordered, faulty or damaged on delivery, we will exchange the product or issue a full refund to you, (including any delivery charges you have paid).

Refunds will be paid within 30 days of receipt of the returned order; refunds will be made using the same method as the payment was originally received.

Returns for Customers who live inside the UK

If you decide to return any Asquith item(s) for a refund within a 28-day period, please use the free returns label that will have been included in your delivery to return the item to us. If you have been charged delivery costs (normally only during sale time) we will not refund the delivery charge you paid when ordering the item from us.

If you request an exchange and paid postage charges on your first order (again, usually only during sale time), you will not be required to pay the postage charge again for your exchanged items.

If your goods are different to those ordered, faulty or damaged on delivery, we will exchange the product or issue a full refund to you, (including any delivery charges you may have paid).

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged or faulty you are of course entitled to a full refund / replacement, including the cost of returning the item back to us. Please email contact@asquithlondon.com and let us how the garment is faulty and we will resolve the situation in the best way possible. Again, please ensure the item is returned within 14 days.

 

GIFT VOUCHERS

  • Vouchers are available in £20, £40, £60 & £100
  • Vouchers will be emailed to the buyer, using the email address supplied at time of ordering
  • The buyer of the voucher has the option to print the voucher to insert into a card or email the voucher to the recipient
  • The voucher will expire within 1 year of purchase
  • Postage is not charged when purchasing a voucher
  • The value of the voucher must be used in one transaction
  • Only one voucher can be used per order
