Delivery & Postage
We aim to dispatch standard delivery orders within 24 hours of receiving your order (unless it’s a weekend); however, dispatch can be subject to availability and could take up to 2 working days during busy periods, therefore please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation of receipt of your order. Please keep this on file for your records.
All parcels for UK addresses require a signature on delivery.
We send orders via the Royal Mail on a Recorded delivery/Signed For service which is a more secure method and requires a signature on delivery. If you are not in to receive the parcel, the postman will leave a card and you can collect the parcel from your local post office.
PLEASE NOTE - there is a section on your order form where you can write delivery instructions for the postman - ie if you're out where you'd like the parcel left, which we will then write on your parcel for the attention of the postman. Please note, we are NOT responsible for items left/delivered by the postman.

Next Day Delivery
Your order must be placed by 11am on a weekday for UK next day delivery.
International orders are sent using the Royal Mail International Signed For service and can take up to 7-14 working days to be delivered. This is a more secure method and requires a signature on delivery. If you are not in to receive the parcel, the postman will leave a card and you can collect the parcel from your local post office. Larger parcels are sent by Interlink or UPS for Canada, USA orders, whichever the warehouse feels is the safest, fastest method of delivery for your order.
Please note that Asquith London is unable to calculate local customs and sales tax with all international deliveries. You will be notified by your local customs authority once your order has reached your country. They will accurately calculate the total amount of customs and sales tax which is to be paid before you may receive your goods.

This service is secure, however if you would rather pay over the phone, you can call us on (0)207 792 9414 to make your order. When using a credit card to pay online or on the phone you will need to be the cardholder and give the registered cardholder’s address and other details required by us to verify the transaction. For security reasons we do not keep your card details on file.
Availability of Items
We try to keep our website up to date at all times showing available stock. Sometimes items sell out very fast, when this occurs we will let you know - to either offer you an alternative or advise when the item will next be in stock. We will aim to deliver the requested goods as soon as possible and update you as to timescale.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not perfectly happy with a product we will be delighted to offer you a refund or an exchange as long as the products are returned within 14 days in perfect condition, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Please be careful when trying on Tops that you do not leave lipstick or deodorant marks.
Please note that we want you to be happy with your Asquith London choice, therefore we do also accept exchanges & offer refunds on SALE ITEMS as long as the items are returned in perfect condition, unworn, and in their original packaging.
And it’s always helpful to know why you’d like to exchange your item – because we always aim to offer the best possible service and want to improve the styles for you – therefore your feedback is always invaluable to us.

How to Return or Exchange an Order
Please complete the Returns form sent out with your order. Please list the contents of the package, your name, the reason for returning the product, and whether you would like an exchange or refund.
Please then pack up the item carefully and return to the following address:-

When returning your parcel, to ensure that it reaches us safely, we strongly recommend that you send the parcel to us via recorded or special delivery and keep the recorded or special delivery receipt from your local Post Office for your records. Please keep this receipt safe, as, in the unlikely event of the parcel going missing, this is your proof of postage. Please note that we are not responsible for goods lost in transit and cannot refund without the returned items.
Please note that there is no cost to exchange an item, we will cover the postage for the exchange item to be sent to you.
In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged or faulty you are of course entitled to a full refund / replacement, including the cost of returning the item back to our warehouse. Please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know the reason for the garment being faulty then we can resolve the situation in the best way possible.
Again, please ensure the item is returned within 14 days.
