If you’re near a beach this summer and want to practice yoga, you should watch this film by Asquith ambassador Faye Koe, Founder of Body Soul Yoga for inspiration! This film takes you through a Dynamic Warming Dancing Warrior Sequence that strengthens your core and builds upper body strength. It’s also great for maintaining spinal flexibility and increases your digestive fire. Try 4-6 rounds but be warned – it’s tricky practicing yoga on the sand 🙂 Faye wears Asquith yoga clothes (of course!) and filming took place on the sands of Formentera, Ibiza.
